The management fee is calculated based on the price of the nights after deduction of the Airbnb host service fee (3.6%).

Yes, there will be additional costs related to the general maintenance of the accommodation. However, we will not charge any margin or commission on these services which will be invoiced at actual cost.
Here is a non-exhaustive list:
– Costs related to the renewal of housing equipment (pillows, duvets, kitchen utensils, dishes, salt, pepper, oil, etc.);
– Additional costs related to the routine maintenance of the accommodation (spring cleaning, household products available to travelers, vacuum cleaner, mops, etc.);
– Costs related to the maintenance of the accommodation (various repairs, plumbing, electricity, locksmithing, etc.). Depending on the facts in question, these costs may be covered by the AirCover guarantee (up to €800,000);
Payments are made at each rental, the day after the traveler enters the accommodation.
